If krish and phuphasa snatched this property 7 years ago that means they have already returned it.

From where is daadisa getting so much money for this expensive gift distribution ceremony. Chormaan and Abhira are not earning that much which means daadi is again getting money from poddar firm which is currently being managed by krish and phuphasa who have returned everything now.

Daadi did wrong by being partial. If abhira took care of her for seven years then phuphasa helped her when her own sons were not capable enough.

And one thing is clear this whole bunch of lawyers is nothing without poddar firm which has mostly been managed by phuphasa more than anyone in the family.

Phufasa has probably done much more than Ab, but the argument is about Ab vs Tanya as a bahu, it's neither Ab vs Bhansals nor Ab vs Sanjay Fufa.

If Ruhi has been in Tanya's place, l'll tell you she's entitled more, both legally and morally.

The comparison should be on an equal metric.

Sis, your statements are right if Kaveri has died and property distribution happens. Even then Kajal will get the property, not Phupasa or Tanya.

Since KP is alive, and if she has a will, it is left to the bequeather's wish. It's not legally contestable. That's proper Indian law.

Tanya was ok till Abhira was given the property she only returned the car when phuphasa told everyone about his request to daadisa. Daadisa should have rejected his request at the first place but she didn't and provided us with much needed kalesh.

In a family where all are living together then it shouldn't matter if someone is poddar or bansal but daadisa has always been partial which makes her loyal people against her. If Abhira is getting the property because she took care of daadisa then phuphasa should get the property because he took care of the expenses of whole family of looser

Anyways in a family where all are Armaan and Abhira bhakts I am enjoying tanya being against them.

@b: I'll agree with this. She should have clearly told no.

Technically, Abhira took care of her when there was no need for her to, even Armaan was not with her, Phupasa didn't do any favours by managing the firm, because he drew a hefty salary. Not to mention, he betrayed her trust. Tab Kajal ne kuch nahi kaha.

I enjoy Tanya being against Abhira for logical reasons not just because she's plain jealous. Tanya has all rights to criticise Ab for betraying her brother, or leading her brother on, eventually to his death. But she didn't do anything for Dadisa for Dadisa to be grateful, that's all.

By the way every one in the family comparing Abhira ki 10 years ki shaadi with tanya ki nayi nayi shaadi feels like some parents comparing their struggle while going to school after walking 10 kms or by swimming across the river to the facilities their kids are provided when both the situations, conditions and times are so different.
