With your logic of kajal has no right on poddar property, even abhira has no right in Goneka property. So in which right she goes to Japan and enjoy luxury. According to story ruhi is working in Japan and abhir and Charu used to work there. And fufasa has the right to ask for property because he was the one who ran poddar law firm for years and was one of it directors or maybe shareholder.(remember the track after daksh's birth). Others were dadi, rohit and armaan.

About Tanya not having a mayka,sorry she had a mayka in the form of her brother even though her parents passed away. Poddar's daughter is the reason of his death and abhira unintentionally became a handle in the mess and not to forget anshuman even invested in poddar law firm. So dadisa and vidhya has no right to belittle Tanya.

Tbh I don't see it as a partiality because she's clearly referring to it as a mark of gratitude. Gratitude ko cost compare nahi karte. Afaik, Tanya hasn't done anything to Dadisa or even Poddars that they should be grateful to her. (I haven't watched all the episodes so I'm not aware... Agar usne Kiya toh maybe this is partiality)

It was anshu who helped dadi v mata and ab in their saree business..mast they took full advantage of his seed capital

Anshu even paid for v mata eye operation else she will would be blind
