I think Betty means by not allowing treatment Vish caused her husband (Aman DKs fathers) death... Aish will use it for her benefit surely.

Vishakha's husband. I think somehow Aishwarya will know the truth that Vishakha denied her husband life saving surgery and can use it to her advantage.

In my mind i thought it might play out like how Mannat found out about the Neetu drugging Vikrant and it was used against her. Maybe by the time she tries to disclose to DK Malla and Vishakha may make him not believe.
