Testosterone declines, but a healthy man in his 60s can have sex without any difficulty. We are talking about Mihir who is shown to look very young and well-maintained. So having sex wouldn’t be difficult for him. That's what I'm saying.

Now, whether he would want to do it with her is a different story. If he drinks then he probably can't. But here we're discussing whether he is capable of having sex or not in his sober state. He definitely is.
