Yeh human behaviour. We want to prove our worth. Jaha se na mile usi par focus karte hn. Gives us a sense of accomplishment. In sab me, hum unlogon ki qadr nahin karte jaha hamari qadr hoti hn, without asking. Galat hn, but mostly hum sab uss accomplishment ko feel karna chahte hn.

About taming Arjun. Now that i think, why do that in the first place?

He has had to make no effort for people to approach him, care for him and hence he runs wild. The fear of being left alone us enough for him to tame himself. So, if say, Riya were to get transferred (or be sent on duty where contact is difficult) and Rathore were to get married, he will be forced to think and tame himself. Sometimes a strict but caring Bhabhi can do the trick too 😉.

The problem with arjun character is he is fine with being alone. He has no desire to change for anyone or anything. He lives for solving case, things work out for him, no one held any grudge about his behaviour because he's getting the work done, by default of narrative everyone treats him like god. I think fanfic writers have a tough job cause how to write this character who don't need to change. He's fine no need to grow evolve. Why would he needs to? Cases solve ho rahe hai. Rathore Raghu sir favour mein nai. Juniors baat mante hai. Aj nahi to kal sikandar v ajayega 🤣

Arjun jaise characters actually akele nahin reh sakte. Na akele kaam kar sakte hain. Because invariably, they invite trouble. Jaha se nikalte ke liye unhe Rathore aur Raghu jaise log chahiye. Woh aisi harqatein bhi isiliye hain because they know these ppl will not let him suffer.

Ab dekho, woh cases toh solve kar leta tha woh bhi akele, par gussa nikalne use team chahiye hoti thi.

Individual Contributor tha toh minister ka sir phod diya, itne transfer hue uske. Itna hi nahin, last me use Technical help, jugaad yeh sab ke liye Karan, Simran, Einstein ki zaroorat padi toh.
