Washington Sundar: The plan is to be a bit patient to be honest because there's not too much happening on the wicket. Got to be really patient, got to bowl those good deliveries really consistently and that's when the magic will happen. We got to be patient and I'm sure that the magic will happen with the skill sets that our bowling team has got. (Trying to bowl quicker?) Yes, but it's also important to mix the pace, also give them the feeling that I'm also going to bowl slow and also gonna try to beat you in the air. And, obviously, try and bowl a little quicker some of the balls and hit their pads. The wicket is quite low as well, so stumps always come into the picture. (Dynamics between the three spinners) The variety definitely helps. When we bowl really well, I don't think the batsmen can actually feel that they are set. We've got two quality fast bowlers as well. It's an exciting bowling attack.

The Indian players disperse from a huddle and in walk the WI batters. The sun is out. Can the visitors make the Indians toil hard? Spin to start the proceedings on day three. Kuldeep has the ball in his hand. A slip and short leg in place. Here we go..

Pitch Report: "Standing at the North End, there are some footmarks. There's a nice grass cover that has kept it together nicely. The cracks are a lot more evident but they are not too bad because of the grass. Batting from this end, it looks quite secure and runs are available. It looks good from this end. From the other end, there are footmarks. You can see the cracks opening up. The spinners will use these footmarks," reckon Deep Dasgupta and Ian Bishop. More on the deck from Daren Ganga - "Very much the same in terms of one end having more grass than other. The wear and tear continues to become a little more significant. That's not going to allow the spinners to threaten more. The lowering of bounce will continue to exist in this Test match. When the ball meets those bare patches and the footholes, it'll turn a little sharper."

Bumrah to Tevin Imlach, leg byes, FOUR, 137.3kph, Bumrah errs with his line. Slightly fuller and straying onto the pads. Imlach misses the flick, brushes the batter's pad and beats the diving Dhruv Jurel to his left.

Kuldeep Yadav to Shai Hope, out Bowled!! Cleaned up! Kuldeep strikes and he's elated. Jumps and punches the air in delight. 83.8kph, flighted delivery and Shai Hope lunges forward to block expecting it to spin in. The ball goes on with the angle, beats the outside edge and crashes into the off-stump. Shai Hope b Kuldeep Yadav 36(57) [4s-5]

Kuldeep Yadav to Shai Hope, THATS OUT!! Bowled!!

WI lost their 5th wicket.

Chalo, take the other wickets as soon as possible and ask them to follow on. I don't like one sided matches, but WI doesn't stand a chance against India in India.

Cheers..

Kuldeep to Imlach, OUT

Great catch by the FSL fielder and it's given out immediately. But Imlach reviews! This spun in from a length on off and Imlach went back to block. From the first replay, it looks like there was no bat involved! That popped to the fielder's right and he took a good one-handed grab, but that just went off the pad. But wait, they check for lbw and that's crashing into leg stump! And just like that, Kuldeep Yadav has removed both set batters in two overs!
