Ekta Smriti's interview was pretty interesting.
Key points:
Smriti said they wanted to show something unique, like how when a child does something praiseworthy the father says mera beta galat kaam par maa par ilzaam. We saw that in the initial episodes when Pari was not a dayan yet and Mihir accused Tulsi of negligence and not knowing everything about Pari despite being at home all day.
Ekta said they were a bit concerned about the rating drop in the initial 3 weeks and Star told Ekta to not worry and promised her full support, but Kyunki eventually jumped to #2 and is rising each passing week.
Also, the epidemic of false charges of domestic violence against men. Before on television, it was mostly one-sided women being on the receiving side. However, Kyunki showed the other side how Ajay and his family were the victims of misuse of laws meant for protection of women.
