@b: right. but ykw, no matter how terrible a man or woman is, they deserve a chance to express their consent. agar hosh mein hota toh bagta ya uske saath continue karta is a hypothetical debate. Bottom line is when he was inebriated, he was not conscious of what was happening. If it was Geetu in Armaan's place, this would have made waves. As it is, uski past karmon ka phal samajh ke not many people have any sympathy/empathy to spare.
