Ofcourse its planned, them getting papped going to Delhi, landing in delhi and coming back to Mumbai is not a coincidence. Even rk waited for dp at delhi airport so that they can be papped walking out together, they had separate cars and were going to different places, so he could left on his own, but he waited.

They know the reaction and hype when they are spotted together. Just look at the social media handles posting several videos and captions
