I think Sridevi was forced into movies by her mother when she was a child. Her children were her only happiness i think.

Sarika also mentioned that she (Sarika) lost out on a normal childhood as she was also a child actor.

Sridevi & Sarika loves studies thats what i heard of they were too much into studies and their mom was into films rich world. Its sad that such bright academic excellence lost out their childhood & studies
