Most shows post 2000 got ruined after a point but these are the rare ones I enjoyed for the majority of their run -
Rishta.Com - GOLD
Sarabhai vs Sarabhai - best sitcom
Gulaal - absolute MASTERPIECE and criminally underrated.
Sasural Genda Phool - this is how you write a family drama with strong, independent, loving yet complex characters
EVEREST - absolutely wonderful, inspiring and amazing.. MASTERPIECE.
Katha Ankahee - so so refreshingly well-written, acted, and directed (without villains) till episode 200. Thankfully the show ended at Episode 260 because it went downhill after Episode 205
Yeh Un Dino Ki Baat Hai - rare ITV show post 2000 without villains and illogical tracks, and probably one of the best in the romance genre.
Remix - one of the best youth shows post 2000 that actually felt real, relatable and fun
Sumit Sambhal Lega - fun family drama
Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon - Uniquely toxic and entertaining till RK/MB were alive..the show doesn't exist for me after that
Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara - the title says it all.
Mere Dad Ki Dulhan - so so sweet. Sony has the most refreshing shows.
Bin Kuch Kahe - short, sweet pre-filmed family drama + romance that went sadly unnoticed for its run
These are some guilty pleasures which aren't that great overall but worth watching for the leads / some amount of episodes -
Pyaar Ki Yeh Ek Kahani - I was obsessed with Abhay and Piya. Hard to top their romantic scenes and chemistry.
Kahin Toh Hoga - for the one and only iconic Sujal Garewal and Rajeev / Aamna's chemistry...the show doesn't exist for me after Rajeev left. Lots of writing flaws which got covered due to how iconic Sujal was.
Keh Doon Tumhein - unique story of a psychopath with a fantastic Mudit Nayyar.. too bad, they shut it abruptly and didn't allow the story to be fleshed out fully
Dil Se Di Dua.. Saubhagyavati Bhava - So so entertaining despite the domestic violence and heavy subject matter. KVB was iconic.
Sadda Haq - Randhir / Sanyukta are the ultimate toxic pair of ITV.
Ishqbaaz - shit show full of villains and annoying twists but I enjoyed the interaction between the leads as a unit, and the siblings throughout.
Qubool Hai - only for Asad and Zoya in the first 170 episodes.. they ruined the show so damn bad post Tanveer's entry
Tere Liye - super cute leads but the show was badly written
Laagi Tujhse Lagan - another iconic show with a fantastic performance from Mishal Raheja.. as always, the show went downhill after his exit.
Kkavyanjali - Ejaz / Anita were HOT and I loved Amrita Singh as Nitya Nanda
There are probably more.. but I better shut up because I could go on and on.
