Both raised somebody else's kid. Both saved kid s live

But while Abhinav was genuine and sincere in his love for Abhir and Akshu and they loved him back equally.

Geetanjali only used Maira to get her dad. Maira realised this on Dance competition day that While Geetu used her for her own advantage. It was Abhira, her mother who loved her genuinely. Absolutely. Completely.

So at the end Abhinav gained Akshu and Abhir s unwavering love and loyalty even after his death. Abhir still calls himself Sharma. Geetanjali lost everything in front of her eyes.
