That was when police were taking her away. I am referring to the shot right after Mannat said achchai ne burai ko haraya.

Kinda means the same. She doesn’t believe in all these destiny, then good winning over evil stuff.

She always keeps on saying that she does things her own way so when Mannat said that dialogue, ARS smile meant that 'you can keep saying all BS you want, the game is not over yet'.

She also said somewhat similar dialogue during yesterday's closing scene of the episode in jail
