DaWolf: "Nawaz was dropped on 0 off 3 balls, and ended up making 25 off 15. Expensive drop." -- Could yet prove pivotal and telling for Bangladesh.

Jed : "Reckon Pak have enough on the board. Bangladesh's drops which collectively cost them about 40 runs between Nawaz and Afridi will be the difference. Mark my words! " -- Well, isn't that a prediction and some!

130-135 is a competitive score!

Ban bowlers gifted too many runs in the last 5 overs.

Pakistan have put up a fighting total, but it might still be a touch under par in this crucial knockout clash. Bangladesh struck early, removing the in-form Sahibzada Farhan and a struggling Saim Ayub in no time. Fakhar Zaman scratched around before falling, and Hussain Talat couldn’t make an impact either. Rishad Hossain was everywhere in the first half of the innings as he took two wickets and two catches to leave Pakistan reeling. At that stage, they were in deep trouble, but Shaheen Afridi came out swinging, clearing the ropes twice to lift the momentum. His cameo was backed up by Mohammad Haris and Mohammad Nawaz, who chipped in with useful runs to push the score forward. For Bangladesh, Taskin Ahmed led the way with three wickets, while Rishad and Mahedi Hasan bagged two apiece. The bowlers did their job, and now Bangladesh will back themselves to chase this target down with confidence. Saif Hassan played a fine knock against India last evening. Can he do something similar again?
