Fans feel the show is twisting its narrative in favor of some characters while unfairly painting others. Meanwhile, characters once known as “vamps” or “doormats” are now seeing a shift. The “vamp” seems more saintly in comparison, and the “doormat” has become someone who is suffering while being framed as the moral black hole. The reversal is causing frustration, especially for those who felt certain characters were misrepresented or villainized from the start.

Final Thoughts “Time does not wait” may just be the tagline for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai at this moment. What was once black and white has turned into a complex grey — and while that can make a show more interesting, it also runs the risk of alienating viewers who feel the original essence is lost. What do you think? Is this change refreshing or frustrating? Are the new story arcs enhancing the show — or just chasing clout?

My personal opinion is story has become regressive & toxic.....

People still enjoy Gen1&2(to some extent) in hotstar & starbharath trp's are proof..... The new story arcs are degrading the show with Gen3 FL being abuser, hyppocrites & selfish, opperstunistic playing with Everyother lifes around her..... Gen4 FL is similar to some extent & an experienced lawyer became jogan of toxic man cheating a good human who supported her in her every move is something makes her more disgusting 🤮 🤮 🤮

This show should end even before Gen1 too rusted with next seasons
