Kim Shin returned from near-nothingness because of a fulfilled contract with Eun-Tak, who, in her final moments, summoned him to the first snowfall, fulfilling the conditions of their "contract" to bring him back to the human world. His initial "death" after removing the sword led him to a spiritual limbo, a form of punishment from the divine, from which the contract and her heartfelt wish were the only means to escape and return to life. Oh yeah she summoned him,i remember..okay ..does he become immortal again? Because his powers are still intact as goblin na,when he reached nothingness why is he still goblin on return?

From what I remember he was facing his punishment..Later he is freed and gets to go back after 9 years..Yeah his death was pretty touching and dramatic like he turned to flames after the sword is drawn so yeah even I thought it's a permanent death..And later the female lead too dies and he has to wait for her..It seemed a bit repetitive ..I liked the second leads they were really cute. But even they had lots of crying..

Yes he turns immortal again and most of his powers seemed intact..I guess since he served the harsh punishment, he got to continue as Goblin..

because his powers and immortality are a curse, and after he dies, he chooses to live again as an immortal Goblin to wait for Ji Eun-tak in her next life, as she cannot truly end his curse but only pause it until her reincarnations.

Yeah i dint cry when goblin died because i anticipated it but when she died,Gong yoo's performance was top notch..grim reaper and his pair was too funny

Show was too good na..this show was well ahead of its time with pride flags everywhere..hero thinking her as boy and accepting her as boy itself was such delight..

Gong yoo is an amazing actor..His emotional scenes were really touching and yeah I felt sad for his character when she died..I guess we were also anticipating his death since it was obvious but hers was slightly more unexpected. Grim Reaper and him were so funny loved how they kept teasing and annoying each other.
