I have been watching other shows like modern family, abbot elementary, office etc and the writing is so good.I liked abbot elementary more because of it's mockumentary of school background.Frankly Indian writers cannot be expected to bring in diversity in writing.

It's not the writers fault as there many message oriented & soulful stories airing on all channels but doesn't last more than 3 to 6 months, but shuts down because of this outdated TRP system 🤷 🤷 🤷

So people now doesn't start new shows as they shut down 🔜 🔜, unless they are long running & only some people have the option to give vote, what airs on TV 😜 😜

Why do we need 6 months long shows?

We have to go for limited episode format like practically every industry in the world

50 episodes are enough to complete a story, this way writers, directors, actors and other departments will make a name for themselves

Current system is biased towards producers, most dont even know the name of directors and writers, otherwise all big industries have big star writer and directors

I agree with you.... Just like webseries which has consistency & flow with better story....

I meant shows became just experiment for 3 to 6 months rather than story oriented shows
