I think the love may be there but it has no depth. I can't put it into words but there is just something wrong. It's probably a love that was noticed by the enemies before it had a chance to properly blossom so it's having shortcomings though it has a potential. Each time Vikrant gets manipulated by people he believes have a care for Mannat when they are actually her enemies. I wonder if the truth had not unfolded to us viewers if we would also not be fooled like he is.

Mannat is actually looking for blind trust here irrespective of what ARS is saying . But, like we discussed earlier Vikrant thinks only on surface and always will believe people he considers family. This is exactly what Malla taunted Mannat about. Yaha it's ARS unfortunately he trusts because par him she has proof and Mannat's proof is not valid .

Fair enough there are proofs which show Malla is kidnapped, but par Mannat this is fake. Is Vikrant trying to find out is there any truth to Mannat's words, I don't Know yet , since this is what matters if he trusts Mannat's words per me ? Why would Mannat who went against everyone for Shalini and to lose everything say so , is he thinking or trying to find out is all I care. This is exactly what Mannat asked him at the end, why are you not supporting me.

commenting on your post from the old thread here….. even before arriving in India Vik held ARS in very high regard (almost to his mother and father’s levels) so he has completely and utterly bought her sob story, with the jail attack on Anirudh ARS has plied on the em and once again he’s fallen for it, as Shalini’s words, how can a woman taint her own reputation with making false SA claims. And unfortunately as ARS already had a harassment filed against Ani (beginning of their relationship ) and jail sentence, Vik only sees Ani as a criminal, ARS as innocent.

It’s unfortunate that Mannat hasn’t told Vik about ARS’s murder attempts and crimes, he will find it too hard to absorb all that now it’s reached a heated situation between Mannat and himself. I can see why she didn’t because she’d also fallen for ARS’ lies til this attack. And this scene gives a perfect example of Vik hot headedness. He’s feeling Mannat is misunderstanding his reaction, it’s to protect Mannat, she feels he’s not listening to her or trusting her.

So Mannat will have to investigate on her own once again……but she’s better off this way, without Vik’s stubbornness to have to contend with.

Gagan and Mannat did mention how ARS tried to kill Mannat, not in detail about the chawl and everything. Not sure if it would have made any difference, since he knows Mannat broke his heart that night because of ARS which didn't effect him much nor he showed any dislike towards ARS so far.

Aishwarya was clever in making Vikrant shoulder the responsibility of bringing Mallika back. I'm sure her grandfather and the rest of the family have done that as well. I don't know if he would even be capable of viewing it from Mannat's point of view at this point. Vikrant is already captured.

Whether we like it or not the writers have crafted the story in such a way that it makes sense for Mannat to go at it solo to save Anirudh.

Lol when the track started I mentioned Mannat is capable of doing this alone as per itv fl standards. So, I am completely fine for her to go solo.

But, the point is, if his family including ARS, dadaji shouldered the responsibility on him and he trusts them, where does Mannat fit in his existing family dynamics? Will they always take priority over Mannat since they are his family? Shouldn't spouses have blind trust on each other or love shove doesn't come with blind trust?
