Maybe all those injuries and head wounds have left them both with wonky memories. And they continue to be a pair of idiots. Oh yes that would be a treat to watch. She can just have friendly banter and friendly hugs with Mayank or a her guy cousin he never met or harsh and he would be upset about it.

I don't think Shivansh mistrusts Prarthana. He is just angry that she is lying to him instead of telling him the truth and it is hurting him. That's why he is lashing out at her and he is also afraid tht she is going to leave him again and that's why he is spewing the greedy and all accusation to so that he doesn't fall weak again. But clearly he loves her and keeps contradicting his words by his actions.
