I was just discussing with a friend on forum that Arjun needs to be brought a peg or two down from his self built pedestal.

I love how Riya doesn't stay to listen to his BS. And the line "You hide behind the story of your pain" was hands on the best way to describe that man. The makers decided, angsty cop with a dead wife ? Let's make sure the audience never forgets that. And let's make sure Arjun can get away with any lack of mannerism with the sole justification of his broken self and dead wife.

Shouted unnecessarily? Pain from dead wife. Too smart for the team? Painful past. Can't seem to utter two syllables of respect? Dead wife.

I liked how Choree are speculating from a far and not pressuring Riya to reconcile and "forgive" him because he's had a rough past.

Arjun better be on his knees shouting he loves her and would die without her and that he needs her to be whole and whatnot.

Riya should be like "get on your knees and translate your thoughts with words and not grunts and silence. And make sure a stupid two year old can understand what you mean. Because so help me if you said something like 'i pushed you away so Sik won't hurt you' or the martyrdom act or even just 'My dead heart or life needs your color'. I'll hit your with a bludger."
