And first part of today's episode was exactly that.

Karpuradevi was talking exactly like an ITV Saas who doesn't want her son to be together with the FL and it will be apocalyptic it they get together.

Only difference is the motive where she thinks it will divert him.

Initially I too found her to be an ITV mother in law. But, if you see her from a mother's point of view she's justified since her father Jai Chand is no friend of Ajmer. So, her fear is justified.

I don't know why you guys are thinking that he will have any problem marrying Ichini , yaar us time pe hoti thi 10-10 marriages ...aur iss marriage ke baad ka significant event hai ..and I want to know ye log Gudapur Fort Rebellion event kab dikhayenge ..this is something which should have happened before leap according to real history but then ...

I think they skipped Gudapur fort track.

Prithvi agreed to marry Ichini because he felt betrayed by Sanyogita. That's why I assumed that if his misunderstanding gets cleared will go on with the marriage.
