Tumhe hee pooch rahi thi smiley36 since Vera said she hasn’t got the book yet.

I’m on page 80 something in the paperback - at the point where she’s accepted the job offer and has moved in.

I have never read Nita Prose - uske naam mein hee Prose hai toh it’s understandable that her writing is descriptive smiley36 What genre does she write?

I got the book smiley41Gonna start it tonight! I liked the blurb though!

Oh yeah - I've heard of this book (ofc I have!) - I just didn't make the connection with the author's name.

Now I'm confused what you're saying.smiley36 i'm pretty sure the book series is a mystery!

I'm talking about the Netflix TV series smiley36 - that one isn't a mystery, it's about a young mom fleeing DV. The book had been adapted into a movie starring Florence Pugh. I didn't know the book is also a series smiley36.

Pata nahi how we should read this one - how many pages does your version have?

I'm reading the paperback so it's 336. Maybe we can use page numbers as markers?

Ok I’m on page 135.

Maybe we all read at our own pace? Not sure where Vera is or if she’s started the book

Rowan definitely has some secrets! Something to do with that necklace she wears👀??

This whole ‘smart home’ feature is reminding me of Black Mirror and its catastrophizing take on technology smiley17
