This whole shifting of the narrative and making it about fandoms and their obsession with their favourite characters when what is being called out is the disgusting language being used particularly against women on the show by the flag bearers of feminism on this thread is not particularly surprising …

@mods i understand that you guys are working on a voluntary basis and cannot be expected to react to reports with alacrity ..but unless IF community standards no longer hold good, this place is in urgent need of being sanitized ..and no, this is not moral policing ..this is a protest against the hate speech and vile language that is rampant on this thread and elsewhere on this forum

A lot of us have chosen to stay away because we genuinely believe in free speech but not when it has turned into hate speech ..then it deserves to be brought to the attention of the moderators and that is exactly the point of this post ..and the several times posts have been reported in the past!

I have already reported a particular post earlier today…no action so far ....,but please let me know if comments like “spreading legs on the road” fall within the definition of acceptable language on this forum !

It's funny how IF would call words like dumb and stupid as toxic and not allow us to post it, yet people can continue saying absolutely vulgar things about fictional people and real and none of that is questioned or taken down even after being reported. Either you make rules with an intention to enforce civil language that is strictly monitored or just get rid of the namesake civility that are in the post prompts!

Not blaming the moderation, but honestly, at least reported posts need to be looked at with a stricter eye for language that's suitable for a public forum! Currently this forum is surely among the worse ones in terms of language used for characters, actors and people at large.

No one has any problem with hating criticising or calling fictional leads characterless or lusty. Ruhi was called these names so why not other characters go for it. yes!!!

but the language like @bold this and also another very triggering post that i read yesterday was indicating a character's fertility issues as fata hua bag. These are just two examples i can remember but there are countless. the level and number of s!ut shaming posts i read whenever i come to this forum is actually concerning.

But it was Abhira in the show who explained surrogacy by comparing her womb to "Phata hua bag" and Ruhi's womb to a functional bag where Abhira has put her "Samaan"

I have already protested against use of such language everywhere including mod DMs but nothing happens "Raste ki sasti" "Hoe" etc was used for Ruhi

But people said characters who are behaving like one will be called one, since then I decided I am not anyone's mother so I ignore these things

Fav characters are rightfully bashed so suddenly remember that lead is a female bad language n that leads are only having residual pheels n speaking cordially i.e kissing while being engaged to others

For others Oh she is lusty cheater molester harassing our poor ML who actually runs behind his Ruhi bhabhi holding her saree ka pallu

Other females are only Apparently wronged by ML but poor ML is the Actual eternal victim forever wronged by each n everyone in the show

Abhir's paralysed now and his career is over.Abhira decides to get her brother justice and at the last hearing Mr Armaan diverts from his big ethics and directly blames Abhir and plays that poddars will give compensation to Abhir card.Abhira loses her cool and vidya is thrown into jail. Now Armaan is angry.He decides to destroy his wife's law career and falsely puts a bribe allegation.Now Abhira is being employed by a good guy who supports her.Armaan now angry again.He doubts her character.Later Abhira finds Mr armaan his birth mother and now Mommy vidya is bad for Mr armaan.Fast forward Gareebi, Taxi wala phase.

Instead of making Abhira understand, her baby obsession is wrong armaan takes part in it and after that Abhira goes for surrogacy.

Rohit is dead and even shivani.Rohit asks for a promise that armaan supports Ruhi and Daksh.Now Mommy vidya is good and Shivani mommy is forgotten.Armaan decides to become ultra responsibile and becomes a expert in pregnancy and motherhood.Fast forward Ruhi and Abhira getting Tortured and Armaan throwing a vase at mirror insulting Abhira.

Boom Ruhi is in a complicated delivery and it's a do Or die situation. Mr armaan? Sad and traumatised runs away leaving Ruhi and Abhira alone.Abhira, alone but strong manages everything and Mr Armaan arrives taking credit.Meri beti jaap starts.Not letting Abhira and baby girl bond and torturing Abhira.Calls Abhira incapable as she didn't give birth to maira.Then he brings a shady nanny and pookie is stolen.Abhira bleeding tries to save pookie but alas.Now armaan VERY ANGRY he humiliates insults abhira.When armaan gets to know pookie is safe as abhira bleeding pasted posters.He decides to take her away from everyone as he is only one capable to take care of pookie.

Now after 7 years of kidnapping, he hides the truth from a kind lady who takes care of maira and decides to engage with her.He now trying to reform uproots the lady from mairas life and now is swinging,kissing and rolling with abhira

Is he flawed?
