Only if it is seriously done... but I'm sure it isn't... they nowhere in their explaining texts mention the reasons why - according to them - soooo many people take drugs.

Why not make a manifest at Independence Day telling about measures that would help the common people to "held heads high and hearts open"... maybe then the consumption of drugs (especially among the youngsters and young adults) would decline...(what about caste and jobs and educational institutions and health care and...corruption...)
