I really enjoyed all the PraShiv scenes but I have one tiny problem with a thing. Why does Shiv never tend to Prarthana's wound or ask about her forehead wound ever?

The wound is so visible and still they did show anything. Also the way Prarthana did gymnastic for Shivansh in the Naagin set they should have shown her wounded and bloody knees too.

And why did not Shiv use his hands to feed Prarthana ?
