pregnancy can't be faked for a long time it's nothing new in itv

in a way this will make malla to reveal ons track by her own probably expose ars too if she tried to help malla

malla can be only saved if she have puneet or her bf child with her to whim she can tell as vikrant's child or go for plotting fake miscarriage
