She's right core audience remains. Even if rishta is sustaining with oh so great and ah-mazing storyline and characters, it's mostly because of major portion of viewership is contributed by legacy viewers who are habitual of watching the show for years. Those who watch on and off, will watch only if track, family, main characters or main couple's dynamics is entertaining.

Uska launch was promoted so well in advance ki opening agar 1.0 hota toh bhi paisa kamaya. Opening TRP was just a matter of pride.

Someone should do a Study on Upma mata!How the hell she has made her permanent mark in ITV!As for RG she is quiet lucky she got a golden chance and made her name as a Top actress in ITV at middle age!DKP got another golden goose for themselves.RG was only less known veteran but now she is a ITV Star!Upma is not going off air soon as much as I think now.But honestly the story has been streched and RG is detoriating in acting!

They know their audience better. Even showcasing content requires data. They have tools, metrics and targets to chase. Which is why I laugh when people say oh script likhne nahi aata toh chatGPT se karwa loh.

Give these guys the same targets and pressure, susu nikal aayegi.
