there is nothing as paternity leave in India especially in competitive tv industry . If RoPu leaves a successful show which is already in the last 3-4 months in this gen ..

He may not get a hit show till the baby is in nursery ..

At the most what they will do is. They will show Armaan having an accident…to build tracks for Abhira and Myra praying for him ., easily 2 weeks can pass by .. and he can come for 2-3 days in a week to shoot his recovery tracks . And then some track will be focused on Abhir Kiara . Tania krish where Abhira will play a stronger role ..

In India men working in corporate jobs hardly get 1 week leave .. the family has to step and support the mother

Ropu has a hit show where he’s the ML . And most tracks are centred on him ..

Most of the tracks that are Armaan centric or based on Armaan glorification, weren't well accepted by viewers, that is a fact, no matter what we say. Writers can force his heroic acts or whitewashing or glorification but it will be bad for their own show.

Regarding paternity leave, obviously Rohit might not get more then 2-3 days off as he is needed in every alternate scene.
