See, Vikrant has always been shown to be someone who takes things by face value and how he knows them from the past. He cannot comprehend all this scheming and plotting like he himself said to Mannat.

I am not understanding how is it Vikrant's fault if he couldn't find Mannat in Mezbaani . He may honestly have not thought about looking at CCTV and we do tend to miss things when we are worried. He may have been driving some place else to look for Mannat for all we know.

It’s not his fault he didn’t find Mannat but he knew Derek had cleared up and locked mezbaani , so Mannat’s cake strewn on the floor and chairs surrounding it should have spelled alarm bells. If the cake was on the table fair enough.

Knowing Shalini’s assault happened in very similar circumstances shouldn’t he have called the police? Agree that would have stalled him in his search and as you say he may have been on his way somewhere else when he heard the fire alarm and turned back….

which will all add to him feeling very guilty he wasn’t able protect his Miss Mannat.

See I get it that they have pressure and they need more episodes. Sometimes such scenes are necessary as they change the trajectory of the storyline. But this has become a template.

They will never show Neetu or Nalla getting attacked. Their laadli vamps who keep mumbling the same ghissa pita dialogues day in and day out!

Exactly and from the BTS he seems to have already beating himself up for not saving Mannat.

Basically his brain doesn't function like criminal brains of SM waasis. Mannat has learnt the heard way since she had to deal with a criminal like ARS , Vikrant is not yet matured in that area, if you know what I mean

Mukta wants him to keep dumb as long as she wants her other characters to do heinous acts to run her show...

In initial episodes, he had soul & wifi🤪 connection with Mannu that he used to feel some danger lurking on her ,..but Mukta cut that connection as per her convenience , so he is no more getting dangerous hints ..🤣🤪something bad is going to happen hints 😝

When this show was new, I used to think Vikrant is Green Flag, No No Green Forest, I loved his character how beautifully it was crafted, such a cool banda, But surprised how makers reduced this character intensity. It was nice when watching Mannat at Mezbaani working as a chef, such a cool days they were. I wish they expose Malla's ONS soon but looks like they have created a new sub plot. I can't withstand Mallika being Vikrant's wife.

Omg actually I cannot imagine such people exist, which is a bigger shock for me who are supporting Mallika and her so called "marriage" .

Trust me when I say this, I would never have such people in my real life circle. I fought like crazy in real life with such societal demons to marry someone I loved and would never support such a farce marriage.

You are bang on yaar! Seriously I also don’t get what was triggering in that scene. TBH I cried yaar while watching it. It was in fact very sad to see Mannat in that state and Vikrant was feeling so guilty that he was not there to save her😢. For a moment we will forget that they love each other but he is married to someone else. He was there to comfort her and any one will do it if they are compassionate towards others. Knowing Vikrant he would’ve done this to anyone.

This is not even a marriage, it’s a trap. Vikrant is the victim here and Malla is that abuser who is abusing this marriage for her own benefit by any means🤬.
