He probably was simmering about what he had done and how to fix it. But she was done with him and with everyone and with everything for that moment.

He hated to love her and hated to be near her, because she made him remember what he wanted most to forget. That night, her being in Shyam's eyes, her words against his sister. Half truth is dangerous than a full lie and that is what happened that night. He heard half the truth and fell into a misunderstanding.Then Shyam stamped his MU as a proof to believe in what he wanted to make him believe.

Shyam was such a slimy character, who could slip into veils after veils. Very well crafted, I must say.

I wanted to describe this scene for a long time, and this is why I took my sweet time.

He went through hell, torn between his heart and his mind. Hearts was calling her, aching for her, with her, and wanted to make all things right, but the mind registered and recalled that one moment seeing her in Shyam's arms and her claiming to leave her, and he got things all messed up.
