The first few times the song was really off. They did not have connection then. But now the song goes with them perfectly .

It's because these days there aren't multiple versions of the theme song, like they used to have before. Previously there were separate bgms for fun banter, romantic moments, angst, family scenes, sad family scenes etc. These days they use an already available song, so that's played for every moment they want to highlight.
