The reason why I believe the proximity of Raunak and Prarthana torments Shivansh more is coz he is not being able to figure out what is happening with him...Once he figures it out I think he would be more at peace..As Shiv said..it's not that he doubts her... he himself doesn't know what is the issue...

He gets jealous still not gonna admit it..

He feels possessive and feels that Prarthana belongs to him still not gonna accept it even to himself as it doesn't go with the theory of situationship that he has Gaslighted himself into believing..

Otherwise emotions are that of a pati who just doesn't like that Patni's ex is still making advances and patni also anyhow crosses path with ex...

So once he figures out his feelings and accept it to himself... toh these things would not torment this much

I have not seen many MLs in such tropes to accept it that early before even knowing FL properly... Shivansh was shown very thoughtful and sensitive that time... who didn't try to justify himself and accepted all the accusations of Prarthana..
