and yes, Yash will have bigger part in part 2 i believe; battle between Ram and Raavan. Hanuman will be a huge part of it as well. can't wait!!

For one, There is only one Ramayanam that happened which was narrated to the world by Maharshi Valmiki. There is no such thing as Valmiki’s version or Tulsi Das’s version.

But the main problem is how these idiot YouTubers are crossing the lines in trying to hype up the movie. Calling the previous interpretations of Rama as weak bla bla bla…One can hype up the current interpretation it without putting down Rama or Ramayanam itself?

I so get it why Muslims prohibit making movies on the God. Just avoiding all the headaches even before they happened. Good move!

There could be so many stories made on the other characters keeping Rama and Sita as background like how the creatives of the movie Kalki did.Anyyyyhow!

Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't lot of difference between Valmiki s Ramayan and Tulsi das s Ramcharitra Manas

1) Portrayal of Ram as Human with Great qualities vs Portraying Ram as Vishu s incarnate as in Tulsi das Ramcharitra Manas

2) Laxman Rekha that is not mentioned in Valmiki Ramayan

3) Ram-Sita s marriage that is portray more of a visit of Ram to Janakpur, when he lifts the Bow and his marriage gets fixed Vs Swamywar as mentioned in Tulsi Dad s version

4) Abductor of Real sita in Valmiki s version Vs Abduction of Maya Sita in Ramcharitmanas
