So conspiracy theory states Ak gave birth to Armaan and not Abheera. In the same hospital Shivani had given birth to a still born and the nurse or Madhav switched the kids. After few years Ak saw a small girl in a blue drum and it reminded her of Nav. The kid was an orphan so she brought that kid as her own. She never bothered to reveal about her past or her lineage to Abheera, nor cared to keep any savings as she wasn’t her biological daughter.

The reason this theory makes sense, is people behaving like their mother is pretty common but resembling their mil, makes no sense.. The resemblance between Ak and Armaan is extremely uncanny. Exactly this happened in Saathiya where Gopi Bahu gave birth to a son but the woman next to her took the son and replaced him with her daughter. The same must have happened here. Shivani must have replaced her daughter with Akshu’s son in order to please an orthodox Kaveri by giving her a Ghar ka Waaris.
