along with basket full of prizes, rest assured .

The sound of the rain tapping against the windows, petrichor in the air, cold, grey skies: a perfect day to stay bundled up under the covers. Grab your laptop and a steaming cup of coffee, its writing time!

As the title says it’s a micro fiction contest so please

limit your word count 100- 110
Title to your entry is optional , it will not be counted in word count.

Only English language to be used.
Your fiction must have some Monsoon element .

Please keep in mind the new FanFiction guidelines

and IF COC .

☔️…. monsoon chaos brings strangers from opposite worlds closer, find unexpected connection in the crowded train …

☔️….. in the heart of the parched desert, arrival of monsoon sparks joyful festivities, but old rivalries begin to resurface….

☔️….she froze as the lightening lit up a dark figure standing next to her ….

.. Please pick up your devices and start playing on the keyboard with your nimble fingers and spin your tales …… are you getting stuck? …. Start dreaming and let the stories flow freely out of your minds …. gushing like a mountain stream…

You can submit any number of entries, of any genre, monsoon themed.

Deadline is 25 July 2025, 2359 hrs.
EXTENDED By TWO HRS … until 0200 hrs on 26 Jul 2025.

All entries must be sent exclusively by PM to Sutapasima., titled as MMMContest

Promotion of your entry in any of other forums in IF, PMs and other Social Media will lead to disqualification.

No such restrictions on ITV characters … feel free to use any genre… you have to submit monsoon themed story …. Judges will not give extra marks for any famous names or figures …. The entry will be disqualified if FF forum COC is not followed .

I'll try to participate... since these are short tales. and might be good practice as I try to get back into writing
