It looks like Rishab is Dr. Abhimanyu Birla’s reincarnation or new identity since he wanted to escape AK, I mean he easily got an appointment with Dr Jain best cardiologist in Delhi(it’s Abhimanyu Birla’s connections).. and he’s always one step ahead of Bhagyashree’s family and neighbours,etc… that can only be Abhi’s smartness coming through…
