I have seen one of the users on X. SavNeil ki fan hai woh. I was surprised seeing them here after the show has ended smiley36

I found the ending very graceful. I like how SavNeil went their separate ways. They suit being good friends rather than partners as both are still loyal to their partners. I also love how Neil saluted his friend Savi to wish her all the best smiley42

I feel this show will be a flop. Aaj ke zamane main kon dekhega ye show. Audience have evolved now and are not connected with television anymore smiley36

It's honestly high time people stop remaking these outdated and regressive shows like Kasautii Zindagii Kay and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. Television has evolved, audiences have evolved and yet somehow these producers think it's a great idea to recycle the same old stories soaked in patriarchy, toxic family dynamics and glorified suffering. Why are we still promoting characters who endure endless emotional trauma in the name of tradition or love? Why are women still shown as either goddesses of sacrifice or manipulative villains? Why is every mother-in-law a monster and every daughter-in-law a bechari?Remaking these shows just proves that the industry is lazy and stuck in the past. Instead of moving forward and creating narratives that reflect modern,real life struggles and relationships, they keep dragging us back into a fantasy where a woman's worth is measured by how much she can silently tolerate. And let’s be honest, these remakes are rarely better than the originals, they just repackage the same stereotypes with better camera work and fancier outfits.

We deserve better. Indian TV has so much potential to tell powerful, diverse and progressive stories. There are so many real, raw topics waiting to be explored like mental health, gender equality, class struggles, modern parenting, LGBTQ+ stories and more. But no, instead we get another teary eyed heroine crying in the rain because her husband is having an affair again and she’s still expected to “save the family"

Enough is enough. Stop remaking these shows. Let them rest in the archives where they belong
