Malla said in previous episodes that she will make him feel guilty & pressurise or manipulate to an extent that he himself agrees for marriage, and thats what she exactly did.

The reason why Vikrant still trusts her som much is that Malla hamesha piche se waar karti hai & saamne se she is all mithi churi, sweet kinda girl, thereby never giving any opportunity as such to Vikrant to think that she could do something vile.

Something really has to come out in the open for Vikrant to believe and I don't think that's happening anytime soon.

Coming to reversing gender, yes Mukta would received have backlash. You are right. And thats why consent, sex education, gender sensitization etc topics are very important to be taught which unfortunately is not taken seriously.

Plus as I said Vik didnt get time to process, got married within next few hours then Mannat came back to SM. Itna sab kuch hua the poor guy did not get time to think. And this is what the writers lack or rather deliberately doing it. Not letting him think or question rationally.

Hai na.. I liked this too.. and makes sense.. we did about the class difference and unconscious bias everyone has around Mannat.

Now she will be on equal footing with him. He cant dismiss her like he used to.. or even boss around on her.

Yes that’s exactly what I think will happen, this track/sham marriage (God forbid that MVS gets her TNS with him …..) it will drag on and on with nonsense sub-plots , then last one or two episode we’ll the way open up for ML to be with FL, closing episode will be wedding…. the end!

No more feel-good romance road trips , no more 4 weeks of wedding rasam after rasam, no wedding dances ……we’ve had all that in the fake PL version….. ☹️😠 just quickie wedding.

He still thinks that he dragged Malla in to this mess (although the idea was her but he was equally complicit & could have disagreed) & it can be natural to develop feelings in this scenario. So he thinks even now that Malla is the victim more than him being the victim.

I hope this is fake news coz i don't know how much more of Malvik i can handle. Why would Mannat get angry and want to revenge though? I didn't understand that part. Also there is another article that says Vikrant is going to start realising Malla's true character. I wonder if this would be before or after the fake pregnancy. That had seemed like good news now this brings us back to square one.

We are still stuck in a loop i see. July is going to be a long month.

This is where merko yeh digest karna mushikl hain🙃 , "consent" - M clearly stated he took her as Mannat and she consented and proceeded because she wanted to.

If indeed she is the victim, why was he waiting for Mannat to stop the wedding, wouldn't M still be the victim if he leaves her at the Mandap or they want to tell us it would fall on Mannat so he would be ok with this approach 😬

Suddenly all my optimism is gone. If this is where we are headed then the journey is not worth watching.

Bold: I think the reality of the marriage hasn't hit Vikrant as yet. It's going to hit him when Malla demands her conjugal rights. She is entitled to them. He never told her this is a compromise marriage. Right now his anger is directed at Mannat coz indirectly if she hadn't broken his heart that night whatever happened with Malla wouldn't have happened.
