Exactly I don't know what happen with the writers after their second marriage especially with abhira . They just forgot to show any emotions from abhira except her crying. In armaan matter except bsp kaand she didn't show or feel any anger or hurt towards him. I just feel makers stop putting efforts in showing any development in abhira character whereas armaan gets whole monologues to show his hurt even he get to play self victimization mode also but abhira not any emotion.

Her downplaying the trauma like it’s a mood swing just kills whatever depth her character could have had and that is why Ab character deserves all the bashing.

Even now from Abhira's perspective, he lost his daughter just like her, he was in pain for 7 years just like her. Abhira love her illusionary Armaan, the man who abandoned her because of his grief and pain, after losing their daughter. That's why seeing him not holding onto that pain and moving on felt like a betrayal to her because her illusion was broken. She needs to come out of her Armaan world to see he doesn't love her the way she assumes. He wasn't suffering the way she thought he would be. His insults for her weren't for a day or because he was devastated after losing their daughter, but he believed her to be a bad, irresponsible, unworthy mother and partner for 7 long years.

She doesn't know pain of separation from child was only for her. If something happened to Pookie because of Abhira in real. If he regretted his poisonous words and held himself accountable for hiring that nanny during those seven years. If Armaan didn't run away with Pookie, that 7 years of abandonment wouldn't appear this cruel. Their moments would hold significance. They destroyed Abhimaan completely.

But the question is whether she is acting as a human? Even uneducated village girls feel hurt and angry if their spouse abandones them for years. But what abhira feels for armaan is just "upset".

1) Forget how he humiliated her by calling her bad mother.

2) How he intentionally made her stay away from the kid

3) How he asked his family to throw out her when she was bleeding

4) How he broke relationship with her through a letter

5) How he abandoned her for 7 f***** years.

6) How he proposed to another woman infront of her own eyes

7) How he again insulted her

After all these, all she feels is just upset. Even in that upset, she is crying for him, dreaming about romancing him.

We should give benefit of doubt to such character?

But they have completely ignored the scenes when Armaan said sorry. It feels like they deliberately skip those scenes. At this point, it’s like they refuse to acknowledge any growth of abhimaan.

They are just jealous souls

On side note, this is perfect analysis.

Abhira is less of a lover or wife but more of a fangirl and worshipper. .

She refuses to see or acknowledge toxity of armaan when if someone says it.

Best example is her justifying armaan's toxic behaviour during ruhi pregnancy.

He was objectifying a pregnant woman by controlling her. Her reaction is armaan has trauma, it is him being protective please understand him.

Then he blamed her for something. She directly went to kaveri and blamed her for her silly boy's behaviour.

She lives in delusional world where armaan is demigod who is victim of everyone else and she is his saviour who needs to fix him.

She is simply regressive for excusing all the mistakes of her Pati Parmeshwar. What is the difference between her and Anupamaa ki Baa? Both are rude, obnoxious, misogynistic people.
