@purplegirl, agree with Moor & Meera, the flashbacks so far have been selective and only happened around Mannat. Hopefully we are lucky enough and we will get more flashbacks 🤞

Bold... No, on the contrary I feel he is definitely hiding something about this irrespective of whether he is faking it or has genuinely forgotten.

May not be outhouse... but its not his room or office since Neetu and Malla would have found him.

Ayesha did say Mannat got him home but didnt specify which room.

Mannat agar room tak leke jaati to kisi ko to dikhta... since people would be awake by then 😁

So when he woke up and found himself in some other room, he could have lied just to hide the fact that he was with Mannat... this corridor scene happens after the dining table. So the blame game on Mannat has already happened.

If he has genuinely forgotten, he is covering it up in front of Malla (per the BTS) even if he doesn't remember he was with Mannat.

Another reason why I feel he is faking it is he didnt ask Mannat where he was 😉 like he did after the village night and Mannat pulled the prank on him 😆😆😆

Malla could have met/seen Mannat earlier than Vik so she doesn't suspect her.

▪︎Both their mothers chose to keep the truth to themselves and watch their child suffer while suffering themselves, rather than trusting the decades long bond between them and their child.

▪︎Both Mannat and Vikrant have selective hearing and selective comprehension. Ignorance. Could be considered as their common character flaw. They could read the room but the 'could' always comes in question.

▪︎Both cave in front of emotions. Often fail to decipher who is genuine and who is pretentious.

▪︎Both are unidirectional when it comes to the predetermined goals. Like Mannat once said, na daaye, na baaye, seedha thaaye. They fail to observe the surroundings.

Mannat and Vikrant are the branches bifurcated from a tree trunk. We have seen what all it took from Mannat and what all she had gone through once she decided to uncover the bitter past. It'll be similar circle of hell for Vikrant when he rubs shoulders with some unpleasant information and takes it upon himself to chase his past.

Nicely said! Yes Vikrant’s FB’s have only his Mom and him. No mention of father. Even I feel his father is alive. Neetu never wanted him to come to India and if you recall earlier episodes she was not letting him go out also.

She has that fear what if he remembers everything? As per Vikrant’s FB’s something really bad happened and looks like Neetu and Ronny covered it up to save themselves or Neetu . Let’s see if Vikrant’s father is alive.

About ManVik those similarities are on point. Their past is indeed traumatic💔😢. They both do have similar traits.

I really hope they will be together to find all the answers of the questions and secrets which life had thrown at them🤞🧿
