Same as Saichin pointed out... for Vikrant its Mannat vs Neetu... who would he trust???

Mannat provided proof that Neetu was drugging him (unless he believed the doctor saying Mannat bribed him ) .

Vikrant can provide the proof Malla is lying and then both will be on the same page regarding not trusting each other

About Vikrant trusting Neetu, dont think Mannat had any issue here right🤔. Mannat herself said to Harneet, he trusts Neetu since she is his mom. She wanted him to look into the possibilities maybe something is wrong, this is my interpretation which can be totally Wrong.

All these will happen only if Malla flips without bringing out her true intentions, which I doubt since they love to keep all villains intact
