i don't know why actors who look out for lead roles agree to do cameos in top shows. They agree considering dkp is big ph and they can not say no but they may not be able to part of this show after this. They will loose out on big opportunities to play leads in this legacy show which gives them guaranteed name and fame with money too.

Maybe for DKP to consider them as potential leads in his other shows Like that 1st Rohit actor who is now in Anupama

Nahi there are actors who played side characters in their debut shows went on to play lead roles in their subsequent career.

Example - Shivangi joshi , riya sharma etc.
