But Leena doesn't want to show anything that requires effort....lol and showing magical flower trope again a final time might require effort

If Ani does indeed show up at the hospital, Jhanak aise hi uski presence se theek ho jaaye shayad ....or if they don't want to bring Ani to the hospital, they can show him praying for J door se and she will magically recover
