If I have to be honest, I feel Bhavika is still doing a good job. Even the new actress playing Riddhi is good. But it doesn't matter because story wise she no longer resembles Savi. Like some members rightly said, it's like a sasti version of Anupama.

Although, it has been better for me because it's even easier to consider this an entirely different universe and be content with the original ending SaRaj and more importantly Savi got.

I don't know what was in their head to plan all this....

I can understand SAAKK and YHM ka copy tha but it was still working because of legacy but why they started one woman two men that too music field not a profession or govt job, feminine ML and bigamist baap ki virasat followed by non sense of FL towards a helpful guy aur phir even worse continued....

They lack creativity woh toh naseeb se they had a great team during season 1 and followed KD for og episodes....

I agree with you and want to add a few points.

Now, I haven't watched SAAKK or This S2. But from what I know it had very good actors and it worked.

Having seen and being an ex fan of YHM, I would say the actors did a good job and the makers too reduced the OG's toxicity for a long time so it was nice to watch.

But most importantly, kahi na Kahi it made sense.

Like I totally get IshVi fans anger and why they hated the sudden shift. Even I would have. However, from a realistic POV, I could accept that when a person goes through so much trauma, it breaks them and Ishan's death was the last straw for Savi. But despite all that, she had her fighter spirit. There was change in the storyline but not in Savi's core characteristics. So it was easier to accept that.

Right now the Savi they are showing doesn't match with her earlier version in any way. Then how can a normal audience connect. Not to mention the way they have destroyed everything that happened within the last 1.5 years.

As for S4, I don't think it was the two male running behind one female trope that didn't click. I feel it's more about the story and lack of promotion.

First of all, a lot of people thought the show ended with SaRaj and they happily moved on.

And secondly, none of the characters were written properly whether it was Teju or the two nikamma brothers. These days people are talking too highly of her because of the unfair treatment the actress has received but I remember clearly majority of the forum members were also pissed because of her lack of clarity and ambition. Param fans were happy for his comeback but Neil as a character was no green flag. He was doing everything for his obsession with Aparajita, even supported bigamy.

These are not characters that people would waste their time by rooting. They should have ended it with TejNeil and let their fans be happy. Right now every ship except SaiRat are unhappy so that tells a lot about their creativity...

yeah I too remember ppl used to call teju arrogant worst fl etc after godhal not because of her acting skills but because of she was not reciprocate ml feelings. N after one week her replacement news came.

And also Neil was called Boring red flag 🙄 etc.. so they changed his character complety I guess even his replacement was planned but the previous male actor wasn't available.

The thing is people change their opinion very fast and one hypocrisy I see in a lot of fans that when something is on air, they will bash it to no end and when another thing will come, suddenly they'll start praising the older one as if it was the best thing bestowed on the mankind.

I have interacted with some of the members here and they seemed like understand Savi's complexity and appreciated the character.

But now ever since this rebooted or whatever crap version has started, they are disregarding even the good things happening in the earlier season and making faults of Savi as of she was the worst FL possible.

I have nothing against the actors. I genuinely wish the best for them whether it is Vaibhabhi, Bhavika or Param.

But let's be honest, nothing set Teju apart as some of the S4 fans claim to degrade Savi. She did nothing significant. And nor was Neil any better character.

If Hitesh was available, the makers would waste no time in scraping this season.

Unfortunately Bhavika was available and they have merged both the storylines in the worst way possible.

As much as I hate the makers, I despise the fans' hypocrisy even more.

There are things which don't work and S4 was filled with many such factors....FLs characterization was one of the major ones along with how Neil was shown as bheegi billi then an obsessed lover....atleast he realised his mistakes after marriage so I didn't have problem in the end.....

I wasn't discussing how only Savi's graph worked instead why makers rumbled up everything when they could have established a great show like S1.... definitely as we know lack of creativity....

I used to always think ki they did wrong with Sairat but I see how in other shows new MLs were introduced in rishta toh Akshara was even pregnant and even now new guys are coming by whatever means I feel like Ghum1 was best....

Agreed.

I can still accept Teju because she was young and with time if they developed her character, maybe there would be some hope. However Neil never worked for me because I don't think he actually understood his faults.

He knew Teju loved someone and still was glad when they got married. It was like getting a toy that you have dreamed of forever. I am pretty sure, if it wasn't Ruturaj, he wouldn't feel any remorse. It was more like he felt sorry for betraying his brother - otherwise he never cared for the supposed third person or how wrong it was to trap Teju in an unwanted marriage.

Whether it's S1, S2 or S2.5, at least they started off properly and mostly because all three of them were copies of three highly successful shows.

S4 was doomed from the beginning itself. Perhaps because Phagun Bou wasn't nearly as good or popular as KD, SAAKK or YHM.

for me it was the lack of promotion.. , timing to start a new show.. I only watched that mangalsutra promo only(.i liked it.) N due to my child ' s exams I haven't watched any show until mid march. Then ipl..

Characterization couldn't be the cause teju was young headstrong girl. I too agree she had some flaws but in real life too no one is perfect. She was like normal fun loving college going girl. Neil too had some flaws. It couldn't be the cause of season failure.. I have seen s1 n don't even ask me about virat's character n pattu . Sai too was not perfect
