They should let Gill s own calm personality come out and shine.

I like SKY the best now among all the candidates of captaincy. He gells well with the team and he has a friendly nature like Rohit Sharma off the ground with the team.

And SKY has his own individuality. He motivates the young players and respects his seniors also.
