I know how factories work, it actually is difficult for workers to accept females as their boss, they often deny to accept the command. Workplace issues for girls is a real thing, but Yuvika never faced it, everyone accepted whatever she said after remembering the lectures of Prem Mahaan.
I mean chalo they could have shown DJ fighting her for heirship since she was a competitor irrespective of gender, but at least they could have shown some other issues she faced being a girl.. But whom am I fooling.
Worst part even at the end when supposedly everything good happened, DJ asked Yuvika to be the guardian for YuV. I mean why? The child has a mother, who actually (rather finally after so much being a doormat) did take a stand for the it, even if not he has grandparents, an own aunt, why on the earth should he be under guardianship of a cousin of his father? So much of a feminist thought to not acknowledge the role of mother in a child's life.
I hope he meant that she shall become the mentor of YuV and ensure he become someone who is good at heart and yet strong to ensure hardships, but unfortunately, his lines came out completely futile.
