One gripe I have though on rewatching, With all the nonsense Neetu spewed against Mannat, I was surprised Vikrant didn't think there was a need for an apology to Mannat

When Vikrant said, if you don't apologise, immediately Mannat said, she can't stay in SM, she knows. Maybe Vikrant wasn't going to say it, we will never know.

That's the thing that bugged me, that he is ok with his mother insulting her mother Shruti and her painful past with her birth mother, again and again. She kept saying ganda khoon...it is most insulting.

Maa ke saamne, muh nahi khulta iska...how will he ever marry Mannat? (I'm secretly hoping the first time he does something against Neetu's will, will be to marry Mannat )

Today was different ..he did ask his mom to be quiet but then his mom was accused here ..

Also there were times when Vikrant stood against his mum ..

First time when he brought mannat to his house

Second time when he found out mannat was falsely accused of robbery

Third time when he came to know that they knew bobby’s thing

Fourth time when his mom was pulling mannat away at outhouse after bobby track

Fifth time when she emotionally blackmailed him not to go to court

Sixth time when his mum was saying bad things in his room when mannat was hiding

It’s just that he doesn’t take his nun’s words seriously and expects mannat to not take seriously as well ..

What he fails to understand is mannat will not accept whatever his mum says ..that’s where their differences of opinion lies ..

He is unaware of his mom’s true intentions about mannat

I for one loved Mannat in the whole scene Yaar, I agree she jumped to conclusions and should have waited for Vikrant to complete his statement. But, what are the possible options of Vikrant's next statement "if you don't apologize"

Exactly... loved that part so much...

Isn't that we want from Vikrant.. not just here .. from Bobby track...

They deliberately keep him in dark but don't even give him scenes to show if he is thinking and no justification if he is not....

But it’s a heart warming hug though - but if you look Manu’s holds his back at the sides, as you’d expect when being consoled (tat loosing Sunitia and not getting the answers she wanted)

But Vikki, his arms are fully around her, protecting her but also deriving his own consoling, he misses her terribly and regrets the situation and distance between them….. is what I see in that hug.

The writers have to bring out this aspect atleast in this track. Hopefully Mukta won't disappoint us.

I am already a bit apprehensive of the BTS I am seeing regarding him kneeling down in front of Malla and holding her hand in front of Mannat

Also loved how she sinks and he pulls her up... she has given up completely but he knows how to catch her up and give her strength
