In a way it's good that Ishaan is not being shoved down to the audience's throat with every project like Janhvi or Ananya, also he himself is selective with scripts and also working in Hollywood projects since the beginning. That's what actually makes him likeable as an actor despite being a nepo. Personally I didn't find Ishaan charming when he started his career, but dude is getting handsome day by day just like his brother.

Is there a report in which way the connection with Scorcese happened (it certainly didn't fall in Karan's lap without a reason). I know that Ishaan had a role in Leonardo's Don't Look Up but Scorcese wasn't involved in that movie. However, in 2010 at the Berlinale, Karan was with SRK when Scorcese and Leonardo went to meet SRK in his suite to discuss a common project with him (Xtreme City, written by Paul Schrader).

Anyways, I can understand Karan's enthusiasm although it is again this overhyping praise regarding a connection to Hollywood which I think the Hindi filmindustry doesn't need.
