I think Vikrant's past track is definitely picking up and he might start remembering more now with the medicines being stopped.
The scene she was crying, it felt more like she was telling herself she loves Vikrant more than feeling guilty. She didn't once tell Mannat I will never give him the drugs again, this kind of tells she was going to repeat this.
Honestly I am ok if Vikrant believes his mom, why shouldn't he. But, I would like him to talk it out with Mannat why she believes so and implement the "we will work together". This will also be a test for his love for Mannat
