Stray dogs are important for environment since they act like " scavengers" but their must be spayed and no should be kept under control in a " civilised " manner ...Every one has a right to live on this earth ..

She feeds all those dogs there ..so they stay there .. stray dog problems are often ignored by government..only those who have been bitten by them know its danger..until or unless it happens to them nobody bats an eye..wish there was a regulation for maintaining them though..

Yes but looks like there are too many of them hope some actions will be taken ...Rabies is a fatal disease if bitten nearer to head some time even vaccines can't prevent it...Children are at high risk because of the hight...
